She is excited to be in this role to help enhance the team’s culture, and ensure it is a welcoming place for all to work so that they can go on to give our pets the best care in the industry! In her free time, Taylor enjoys spending time outside with her own dog Tina, or cuddling with her cats Kitty Minky, Michonne, and Slimeball. Taylor always had aspirations to work in Human Resources and the opportunity presented itself in 2022 for TPSCC to create a role as Human Resources Assistant. She came to TPSCC 2 years ago and started as a Client Services Coordinator, and shortly thereafter was promoted to the Director of Client Services. Taylor started her career in the salon and service industry, striving to provide excellent service to clients in each industry. She attended the University of Louisville, and received her Bachelor’s in Sociology & Peace Studies. Taylor grew up in Southern Indiana surrounded by animals of all kinds on her family’s farm, and has since lived in Louisville for 9 years.
